We are currently developing a shiny app that helps to stem malay words easily. This application is using the Malaytextr package from R. In case you did not know, this package is a great way to explore text mining in the Malay language.
Steps
First, users need to enter word(s) to stem & view the results. Lastly, the app should allow users to save the resulting stemmed words to a csv file. Can try it here:
Conclusion
In the future, a feature will be added to the app that will display a summary of the stemmed words and a wordcloud that provides a visual representation of the most frequent words in the data set. Additionally, users will be able to input their own data sets to the app.
